Congratulations on securing your tickets to the ultimate food and wine experience - if you haven't there is still time!

Please read the following guidelines to ensure that you can make the most of your End2End Festival experience. End2End Festival will be held this coming weekend, rain, or shine and at this stage, the weather is looking good!

Important Ticket Update!

If you have NOT got your tickets for End2End Festival and you are reading this email, we strongly recommend that you buy them now.

We are experiencing a massive influx in ticket sales so book today to secure your tickets to the festival and beat gate prices.

Please note: Your End2end shuttle bus ticket is for transport between End2End venues only. For pick up and drop off from your accommodation to the festival please contact Rover Coaches.

How do I download my e-tickets?

If you have purchased a "print at home" e-Ticket and are not sure on how to name, download and print them, please follow these steps:

1.

Print-At-Home E-tickets are available to download from your secure Members Area.

To access and name your E-ticket(s), login to your Members Area, then:

Click on the "My Orders" menu
Click on the 'View Order Details" button corresponding to your order/s
Click on the "Name Ticket" button, for each ticket that you wish to re-name and personalize the ticket for the person who will be using the ticket to gain entry.
Enter the ticket holder name in the field provided
Click the "Update" button

3.

Once you have named your E-tickets, you download and print them by either:

Clicking the "Download Ticket" button next to each individual ticket and then printing (Note: please make sure your download blocker is not turned on!) or,
Clicking the "Email Tickets" button next to the "Order Description" to have each individual ticket on the order emailed to your nominated email address.

Bring With You

Your ticket (e-Ticket or normal hard ticket). One Festival Ticket = One Persons Entry. For entry each person must have a ticket. If you have an e-ticket, make sure you bring the proper ticket. Your receipt or order confirmation email is NOT the e-ticket.
Photo ID. If you are going to drink alcohol, you must be over 18 and be able to prove it. Remember your Photo ID. If you do not bring your Photo ID, by law we cannot let you drink alcohol. We only accept the following forms of identifications Australian State or Territory Driver Licence Passport Government issued proof of identity Victorian key pass International Drivers Licence (must contain a photo) Any Persons unable to provide one the above forms of ID will not be permitted to drink alcohol at the event.
Enough cash to get you through the day. There will be limited access to ATMs on site, however there will be EFTPOS facilities for purchasing tickets and wine.

Alcohol - it will be confiscated on entry to the Festival
Food - No food is to be brought on site unless you have a medical condition which requires you to bring your own.
